Q. Are all of the items in your store authentic?
A. Yes, we only buy from department stores or factory authorized store outlets here in the U.S. We do not buy from overseas suppliers.
Q. Do your items come from a smoke free and pet free environment because my children and husband have allergies?
A. Yes
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We ship all over the world. We normally ship all of our items
via Air Mail Letter Post since that is the most economical for
you. However, if insurance is requested for international
shipments against loss or theft those items will
need to ship via Air Mail Parcel Post. If you want that
protection, as well as the ability to track your shipment
from the time it leaves our store right to you door, it will
have to ship via Global Express Mail but that cost is much
higher. Please feel free to contact me for those rates. Don't
forget we do offer shipping discounts if you buy multiple items.
Q. If I do not like the item after receiving it may I ship it back for a full refund?
A. Yes, as long as you return it within 7 days of your purchase and you return it with all the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible however for the shipping charges to ship the item back. Once received you will be given a refund for the cost of the item you purchased.
